Scheduling

A request sent through our website is not a confirmed booking. We review every request and reply by the end of the next business day. Your job is confirmed once you receive our confirmation email.

Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule at no charge until 4:00 p.m. the day before the proceeding. Cancellations after that time are billed the first-hour appearance fee.

If the reporter appears and the witness does not, a certificate of non-appearance is prepared and the first-hour appearance fee applies.

How time is billed

Appearance time is billed in full hours. Time running more than five minutes into a new hour is billed as that full hour.

Depositions carry a one-hour minimum when remote and a two-hour minimum in person. Remote hosting is included at no charge. Rates are available on request.

Payments & refunds

• Invoices are due within 30 days of the invoice date.
• Pay online by bank transfer (ACH) or card through Stripe, our payment processor, or mail a check payable to Caloosa Court Reporting LLC at the address below.
• There are no added fees for paying online.
• If you believe an invoice is incorrect, contact us before paying and we will review and correct it. Payments made in error are refunded to the original payment method.

Transcripts

Standard transcripts are delivered within 10 business days. Expedited delivery is available on request and billed at expedited rates. Each party orders and pays for its own copy.

Privacy

When you request a job or pay an invoice, we collect your name, firm, contact details and the case information you provide, including any notice you upload. We use it only to schedule and cover your proceeding, communicate with you, and invoice for our services.

Card and bank details are entered on Stripe’s secure page and are never seen or stored by us. We use Google Workspace for email and records. We do not sell or rent your information.

Recordings and transcripts are kept confidential and released only to parties entitled to them or as required by law.
